The TESLA slow cooker is an excellent helper for anyone who wants to prepare a full and tasty meal without spending long hours cooking. Just put all the ingredients in it, set the temperature and cooking time and that’s it. Prepare a juicy and flavorful meal thanks to modern Sous vide technology. Food is vacuum sealed and cooked in a precisely controlled water bath. An integrated temperature probe ensures precise control of the current temperature. The glass lid is equipped with a locking mechanism.

Integrated temperature probe

Use the temperature probe to minimize overcooking and ensure that meat, poultry and other cooked foods reach a safe minimum internal temperature. The TEMP function allows you to cook food to the desired temperature without overcooking. The HOLD TEMP function allows you to cook food at the desired temperature for a selected period of time, up to 24 hours. You can use the appliance for a variety of food preparation methods, such as making yogurt, cooking Sous vide, keeping fondue warm, hot chocolate or reheating food.

Sous vide cooking method

Sous vide is a simple food processing method popular among gourmet chefs, suitable for preparing meat, fish and vegetables. The integrated temperature probe ensures control of the level of cooking of the food, which you will appreciate when preparing steak, pork (sirloin, chop) or chicken, among others.
